This white balsamic is clean, crisp and tart with a lovely blush color.
Mix this with our Tuscan herb or blood orange EVOO for the perfect sweet or savory salad dressings.
Drizzle it over your roasted fall vegetables to add a nice flavor. Mix it with EVOO and fresh thyme for a beautiful basting sauce for slow roasted poultry.
For a modern Cape Cod, add a splash of this vinegar with some simple syrup, seltzer water, and vodka.
Pairs well with orange, Tuscan herb, goat cheese, pears, walnuts, brie, apple, cinnamon, kale, vodka, turkey, arugula, spinach, pork, rosemary, carrots, thyme, and sage.
