Luscious and fruity, apricot nectar essence gives this white balsamic vinegar a remarkably fragrant, sweet, slightly tart, and simply delicious flavor.
Brush on fruit kabobs before grilling.
Mix with a spicy olive oil to create a marinade for pork tenderloin, lamb chops, or chicken.  Use as a glaze for ribs or wings.
Use as a dressing on couscous or over fresh fruit.
Combine with sparkling mineral water for a refreshing thirst quencher; garnish with blackberries and fresh basil.
Pairs well with cardamom, tarragon, cheese, berries, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic, basil, pork and chicken.
